Position Summary:
Hiring Immediately! Experience Preferred as a roofer or similar role in construction. AE is looking for General Laborers and Contractors for a small, local construction/roofing company.

Essential Job Functions:
· Cleaning and preparing job sites.
· Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
· Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
· Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
· Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
· Ability to work independently and as a team with the construction crew.
· Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
· Effectively communicate with clients and respond to questions and requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
*Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds
*Must follow safety standards for all ladders and be able to work at heights for long hours
*Must have a basic set of tools (tape measure, hammer, etc.)
*Must have a valid driver’s license

Full-time positions available. Mid-day, morning, and evening work.
Job Types: Full-time; M-F, occasional weekends
Pay: $18 per hour to start but may change based on experience.
