Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management.
Strong knowledge of design build projects and plan & spec work.
Experience reading plans and specifications.
Proficient in conducting site visits and taking off existing building systems.
Ability to compile comprehensive sets of documents for project management teams.
Competent in interpreting contract documents and making favorable documentation interpretations.
Demonstrated ability to develop optimum work methods and prepare sketches and drawings.
Familiarity with codes, industry standards, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems.
PE stamp in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (willingness to obtain licenses in other states).
Knowledge of estimating processes, including equipment buy-out and subcontractor selection.
Experience in project management and increasing profitability on projects.
