n Accountable for complying to regulations and specifications n Providing accurate production information to start date n Utilising capacity efficiently and effectively n Engage in daily reviews (morning huddle) n Work closely with other support functions to deliver the companies objectives n Technically responsible for the introduction of new products n Technically responsible for design for manufacture and continuous improvement n Support the CAR processes to establish root cause and prevention n Take an active role in the improvement of the engineering data, processes and department success
