Job Description

Responsible for many aspects of construction management to include organizing schedules, monitoring progress towards milestones, and preparing budgets, often across multiple projects. Coordinate with sales and marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives. Hire, onboard, and train field representatives to include operating Xactimate estimating software & train estimators. Assess and evaluate team and individual performance and oversee internal departments (Power, Project Management, Procurement) to handle the loss. Communicate directly with carriers, attorneys and public adjusters in order to measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals. Develop and implement policies for safety, to include implementing procedures for asbestos, lead and mold handling, bacterial, pathogens, disease control oil and glycol and j contaminated waste spills, while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability. Address and resolve all issues concerning field office operations. Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving company profits to include maintaining supply cost to date & completion budgets. Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth to include generating Rough Order of Magnitudes. Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement. Collaborate with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services. Ensure company operations comply with all local and federal labor laws and legislations by way of review of architectural drawings & building assembly as part of the risk assessment and review of life safety and implement procedures to keep online. Create and oversee the implementation of field tools to enhance operational effectiveness to include implementing structural drying procedures based on building power (Phase & Watts/Volts/AMPS). Ensure company operations are completed in a timely and effective manner. Will travel 30% US responding to storm damages.
Requires four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related and Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration (IICR) Certifications: Water Damage Restoration; Fire and Smoke Restoration; Commercial Drying; and Applied Structural Drying. Experience must have included Implementing structural drying procedures based on building power (Phase & Watts/Volts/AMPS); Review architectural drawings & building assembly as part of the risk assessment; Review life safety and implement procedures to keep online; Oversee internal departments (Power, Project Management, Procurement) to handle the loss; Operate Xactimate estimating software & train estimators; Generate health & safety procedures; Implement procedures for asbestos, lead and mold handling; Implement procedures for bacterial, pathogens, disease control; Implement procedures for oil and glycol spills; Implement procedures for contaminated waste spills; Reviewing finalizing claim packages; Generating Rough Order of Magnitudes; Maintain supply cost to date & completion budgets; and Communicate directly with carriers, attorneys and public adjusters.
