Pit Master with grill experience. Chop meats, manage food on grill, responsible for all aspects of the grill, including cleaning of grill and preparing meat. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. Attention to detail and quality control of food. Loading and unloading of grill. Understanding health, safety and sanitation.
Must have the willingness to learn and understand grill techniques. Maintain a clean, neat and organized work station. Capable of working in a fast paced environment. Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction. Clean grill on a daily basis by routine deep cleaning and maintenance of grill. This position will require long hours and a reliable commitment.
Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
