Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience from a similar, varied role in Accounts. The successful candidate will be studying towards an Accounting qualification.

Responsibilities and duties include:
• Credit control
• Resolving customer/ supplier account queries
• Sales ledger
• Purchase ledger
• Processing credit card payments
• Coding and processing Purchase ledger invoices
• Assisting Accounts team as necessary with day to day duties

Skills required:

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
• Confident telephone manner

Salary neg R17 000
