Sales Executive in Panay Ave Quezon City upto 20k
Headcount: 2
Commission Rate: per liter sold
Incentive: After hitting the quota
Requirements:
-Graduate of any 4-year course; or at least college level if with proven experience
-Must have relevant work experience in Sales; preferably in FMCG
-Creative on thinking how to meet monthly quota
-With own vehicle (Motorcycle/Car) that will be subsidized by the company
-With highly effective communication skills - both in writing and speaking
-Proven solid self-confidence
-Willing to do area coverage within Metro Manila and the nearby provinces
- Prefers applicant living in Quezon City or the nearby area
-non-biometric dependent. Timekeeping is done through mobilie app called, "Tarkie" wherein candidate is required to check-in/out every client visit
-Schedule is semi-flexible- On field, at least 8 hours, when in office, 7am to 4pm
Job Description:
1.Solicit and generate new business directly as well as working towards harnessing key accounts
2. Develop the existing customer base, increase production and revenues while harnessing key account relationships.
3. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
4. Supervise the full cycle selling from booking of orders to collection of payments from existing accounts.
5. Deliver excellent customer services and standard by closely monitoring the needs of the accounts.
6. Develop and implement account specific programs that will grow accounts
