The role of Patient Care Coordinator mixes a combination of Guest Services, Front Desk, and Marketing/Public Relations in an upscale, healthcare setting. We are seeking just the right individual that can bring a How can I help you? approach to our team and be there for our patients.
Our Patient Care Coordinator must have an outgoing, can-do, great first impression kind of personality!
Position Overview:
• Greeting Patients in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Assisting patients during the check in and check out processes.
• Effectively routing messages and documents in the electronic medical record.
• General administrative support for practice operations.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
