Responsible for key strategic products at FEE that enable the organization to serve different audiences. Responsible for all international product initiatives in Latin America and Spain. Responsible for three educational products in the United States that serve multiple audiences in different regions. Job duties include compiling financial reports, analyzing strategic growth and opportunities, developing market development strategies for different regions in the U.S. market and abroad, and improving FEE’s operational capabilities within educational initiatives. Position requires 35% international and domestic travel to meet with key product stakeholders and to supervise and control the quality of work FEE is executing. Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as 18 months of non-profit experience, including: experience with foreign customer market(s); developing Spanish language materials; data analysis; social media strategy and analysis; and demonstrated success in advocating for classical liberal ideas and policies. Requires fluency in Spanish.
