Job Description

The clinic director is responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic, administration of physical therapy services to patients, contract services, and administrative services.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the recruitment, training and development of physical therapy staff.

Lead your team in a high morale, positive atmosphere, and team-oriented environment.

Monitor and maintain work schedules for proper staffing.

Take responsibility for the day-to-day work at the clinic. Provide physical therapy services by evaluating patient care protocols. Measure the results. Investigating and evaluating new trends.

Build professional relationships with communities and referral sources to grow your clinic and establish yourself as a leading provider of treatments in your local market.

Quickly engage people in a confident, compelling, and enthusiastic way.

Collaboration within an organization.

Identify program planning needs and facilitate program development. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs)

Assigned financial and budget responsibilities.

Maintaining Medicare compliance and other quality initiatives.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by setting, adhering to and implementing standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.

Other duties assigned.

Minimum requirements:


physical therapy license

4+ years of clinical experience

Current CPR Certification


Ability to develop and mentor others. team oriented

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent patient care and communication skills

Very detail oriented.

Physical requirements:

Various activities include sitting, walking, squatting, crouching, lifting, crouching, and grabbing.

He must be able to exert a maximum force of 50 pounds and possibly lift 100 pounds.
