Job Description
Our client, an established manufacturing company in Keene, NH, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! This direct hire position will have you working Monday Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and offers $39,500 - $50,000/year based on skills and experience.
You will also be eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, short-term disability, 401k, and paid vacation.
As the Customer Service Specialist your duties will include:
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email
Enter orders accurately and efficiently
Provide order and shipping information to customers
Prepare shipping documentation
Research root cause and quickly resolve issues
Relationship building
Maintain office supplies as needed
Working in production during the slow times
Your qualifications for the Customer Service Specialist position:
High School Diploma
2+ years administrative/customer service experience
Manufacturing customer service experience is a plus
Solid computer skills
Fast and accurate data entry
Excellent customer service skills and positive demeanor
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Work with a sense of urgency and commitment to follow through
Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others to meet company goals
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and be on your feet throughout the shift.
