Job Description
The Technical Training Coordinator (TTC) will consult with our Field Service Managers around the world to identify technical training needs for our field technicians as well as monitoring expiring certifications and ensuring a timely renewal. The Technical Training Coordinator will also interface with each Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to obtain a schedule of training classes they will offer, where they will be held, the dates, number of seats available, and may be requested to perform a training justification analysis. The TTC will be responsible for enrolling attendees into the various classes, and assisting with flight, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Will also maintain related course, Class Society, and certification spreadsheets; secures copies of licenses and certifications and updates technician certification records and folders accordingly.
