Our menu is a celebration of bold spices, fresh ingredients, and time-honoured recipes that cater to everyone from seasoned vegetarians to those discovering the delights of Indian cuisine for the first time. From hearty curries and flavourful paneer dishes to a range of fragrant rice and freshly made breads, each dish is crafted to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with vegetarian Indian restaurant menus.
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively in a team to deliver efficient service during peak periods.
• Assist with food preparation, stock control, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• (For Chef role) Contribute to menu planning and supervise kitchen staff.

We are looking for someone with:
• A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert IV or higher).
• Demonstrated experience as a Chef or Cook in a vegetarian Indian restaurant.
• A strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and WH&S procedures.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for the food industry.
