Job Description

Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service

Maintain and organize sales floor to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed

Support sales team in achieving sales targets and goals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques

Assist in merchandising and promotional activities

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales trends

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales

Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
