- Tumutulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati nadin ang mga
makinang ginagamit dito
- Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay
ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
- Knowledge of basic compound design
- Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding etc.
- New process improvements and rejection control
- Analysis and reduction of tire defects
- Tire testing knowledge and trouble shooting of process problems
- Production improvement through time and motion study
- Effectively support 5’S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinating with other departments
- Knowledge in engineering plastic like automobile, electrical and medical components
- Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw material
- Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
- To supervise follow up and execution of development related activities in process / product development
- Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
- Implementation of work instruction and coordination with production for improving and facilitating process related problem
- Trouble shooting with tech issues at the units and immediate escalation
- Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
