Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our cleaning and facility services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
-Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
-1 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in cleaning, facilities management, or related services.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
