Job Description
We are opening a new Italian restaurant and are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef with strong knowledge of traditional Italian desserts. The ideal candidate has creativity, precision, and the ability to produce high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods that reflect authentic Italian flavors.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare classic Italian desserts such as tiramisù, cannoli, panna cotta, biscotti, and seasonal specialties.
• Create and bake fresh pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to design seasonal dessert menus.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker, preferably in Italian pastry.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
• Creativity combined with attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
