About the Role

You may be responsible for:
• Setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines (turning/milling)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering blueprints
• Ensuring precision and quality control in all machined parts
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience operating CNC machines (ideally Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or Mazak)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good understanding of safety protocols in a workshop environment

Desirable but Not Essential
• Relevant engineering qualifications or NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience with manual machining or toolmaking
