Job Description: Enterprise Cloud Architect (SAP Focus) - Remote Role

Location: Dubai (Onsite; candidates residing in Dubai preferred)

Contract Duration: 6 12 Months (Extendable)

About the Role

BIITS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Architect specializing in SAP and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires a seasoned professional who can lead the design, modernization, and adoption of SAP solutions across enterprise cloud and data center landscapes. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure cloud strategies align with business objectives, security frameworks, and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture strategy for cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
• Act as the trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders on SAP cloud adoption, modernization, and migration initiatives.
• Evaluate, define, and recommend architecture patterns for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SaaS integrations.
• Develop, refine, and execute the Cloud Computing strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise IT strategy, governance, and security policies.
• Lead solutioning and delivery approach for SAP hosting options (public cloud, private cloud, and hyperscaler-native deployments).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and cloud adoption journeys.

Required Skills & Expertise

SAP & Enterprise Cloud Expertise

• 8 10 years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in enterprise/cloud architecture roles.
• Proven background in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Data Management).
• Strong understanding of cross-module SAP processes and non-SAP integration/middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP migrations to hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Cloud & Infrastructure Proficiency

• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on SAP-certified deployments.
• Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise architectures.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong expertise in data center technologies with at least 3+ years in virtualization (VMware, KVM, Citrix), networking, and security.
• Experience designing solutions covering storage, backup, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and high-availability configurations.

Technical Breadth

• Working knowledge of application platforms (.Net, Java, LAMP stack).
• Strong background in network and security protocols, enterprise system integration, and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility and scalability.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
