Job Title: Head of Middle and Back-End Operations
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Duties

Responsible for the operation and management of the bank's back-end series, involving account management, KYC verification, account deduction, etc
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the core operational functions that support the company's products and services.
Ensures seamless coordination between middle and back-end processes, enhances operational efficiency, manages cross-functional teams, and implements best practices to achieve strategic goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in middle and back-end operations, preferably within financial settings
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency with operational tools, databases, and enterprise software.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
