Job Description

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, International Relations, or related field.
Certification in project or event management is an advantage.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in programme or event management, preferably in a chamber of commerce, trade association, or corporate setting.
Proven track record of managing large-scale events and multi-stakeholder programmes.
Key Responsibilities
In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will;
Develop the organization's annual programme calendar in alignment with strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities for new initiatives, events, and partnerships that add value to members and stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-profile events including trade missions, business forums, networking sessions, training workshops, and flagship galas.
Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorship fulfilment, and delegate management.
Develop and track programme KPis, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery.
Produce post-event reports including financial summaries, attendance metrics, and impact assessments.
Work with the Communications team to promote programmes through digital, media, and print channels.
Coordinate with the Finance team for budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
