Reports to: Branch Manager / Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities
•Execute client orders across equity, derivatives, and commodity segments through terminal and online platforms.
•Provide market insights and investment ideas to clients based on research inputs.
•Maintain and build strong relationships with existing HNI and retail clients.
•Assist clients in portfolio rebalancing, risk management, and investment tracking.
•Ensure client trades are executed as per compliance guidelines and regulatory frameworks (SEBI/NSE/BSE).
•Coordinate with the research team for real-time recommendations and updates.
•Contribute to revenue generation targets by activating dormant accounts and cross-selling products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, PMS, Insurance).
•Keep up to date with market developments, corporate actions, and sector performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
•Minimum: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc)
•Preferred: Postgraduate in Finance, MBA, or similar fields
Certifications
•Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives
•Preferred: Additional NISM certifications (Series V A Mutual Fund, Series X A/B)
Work Experience
•1 3 years of experience as a Dealer / Equity Advisor / RM Broking
•Freshers with NISM certification and strong market knowledge may be considered
Key Skills & Competencies
•Strong knowledge of stock markets, derivatives, and trading platforms
•Experience with trading software like NEAT, ODIN, NOW, or MO Trader
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work under pressure, handle large trade volumes
•Strong sales orientation with client servicing mindset
