Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products or services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
Bilingual (English & French) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
