Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate should have experience handling critical patients and operating ICU equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage critically ill patients
Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor's orders
Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment
Maintain accurate nursing records and charts
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff
Provide emotional support to patients and families

Requirements:
GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
ICU experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
Good clinical knowledge and critical care skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Compassionate and team-oriented
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
