️ Care Assistants / Support Workers Immediate Hiring
Location: Guernsey Ln, Swindon, UK
Shifts: Both Day & Night shifts available (8:00 AM 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM 8:00 AM)
Hours: 36 to 48 hours per week
Pay Rate: 12.50/hour

Innovex Resource Group is actively recruiting experienced Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team and support one of our care home partners. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care tasks

Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing of service users

Support residents with mobility and meal assistance

Maintain accurate records of care and wellbeing

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Follow all safeguarding and health & safety protocols

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar care/support role

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care

Must have valid right to work in the UK

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night patterns available)

Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
