Join Pearl Lemon a globally distributed digital marketing agency with 100+ team members working across 20+ countries as a Paid Media Intern and gain hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
We don’t hand you fake projects or training modules we put you in the arena. You’ll be managing real budgets, optimizing live campaigns, and learning from PPC experts who’ve spent millions across every ad platform under the sun.

Pearl Lemon is a fast-growing, fully remote digital marketing agency with a presence in London, New York, and around the globe. We work with clients in SaaS, eCommerce, coaching, tech, and professional services and deliver real business outcomes using SEO, paid media, CRO, and outbound sales.

What You’ll Learn (and Actually Do)
Assist in building and launching paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Learn the ropes of media planning, keyword research, and ad targeting
Write and test high-performing ad copy and creative concepts
Monitor and analyze campaign performance CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates
Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager
Help develop client reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations
Troubleshoot tracking issues and learn about pixels, UTMs, and attribution
Attend client meetings and internal team reviews to see real-world campaign management in action

A strong interest in digital advertising, media buying, and data-driven marketing

Strong communication skills and ability to write clean, persuasive copy
No formal experience needed but a basic understanding of how ads work is a plus
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or GA4 is a major bonus

Internship Details
Location: Remote (or in-office if you're in the UK or South Africa)
Duration: 8 12 weeks (with flexibility)
Compensation: Unpaid (with path to paid role) OR small stipend based on project scope
Time Commitment: 15 25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
