Please note that this is an in person role and the successful candidate will work full-time in our new office in Bolton.
The role will involve drafting and assisting with various court papers and so attention to detail and excellent drafting skills are a must.
Candidates must have a law degree or equivalent and would ideally have completed the LPC and or have experience of working on litigated civil litigation claims.
The successful candidate will:
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of court documents including particulars of claim, witness statements and court bundles
• Consider and take instructions
• Prepare and draft documents
• Review and report on evidence
• Interview clients to obtain key information
• Work on a case management system
• Improve their telephone skills
• Diary and time management
