Job Description

We are currently looking for Packers and Process Workers, based in our manufacturing facility in Belrose.
These are full-time roles from Monday to Friday, with a variety of shift times (morning, afternoon) - on permanent basis.

Working hours will be either the following:

1. Packer Roles
• Morning Shift: 7:00am 3:05pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm 11:05pm

2. Process Worker Roles
• Day Shift: 6:30am 2:35pm or 7:00am 3:05pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm 10:35pm or 3:00pm 11:05pm

You must be available to work from Monday to Friday, for 38 hours per week for at least 6 months.

Tasks & responsibilities
• Dispensing and weighing out raw material
• Operate machines (training provided)
• Follow production schedules and techniques
• Sorting products during the production process
• Fill in process related paperwork
• Work as a team and meet KPIs
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Repetitive manual handling
• Adhering to WHS policies and procedures

Qualifications & experience
• You are motivated, punctual, efficient and reliable
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Happy to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift up to 25kg
• You are a fast learner and can work independently
• You have strong attention to detail
