What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to build and grow sales pipelines in the South African tattoo and subculture market. This means identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that drive real revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and prospecting tattoo studios, suppliers, artists, and lifestyle retailers

Pitching products and services tailored to the tattoo industry

Setting up meetings, demos, and presentations both virtually and in person

Managing client relationships from lead generation through to account management

Following up on inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities

Collaborating with the global marketing and product teams to ensure alignment

Reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics

Representing the Pearl Lemon brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity

What We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring another sales rep we’re looking for someone who understands the culture and has the ambition to dominate the market.
Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in tattoo or lifestyle industries is a strong plus)

Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and conversion strategies

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results

Familiarity with South African subculture trends and consumer behavior

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment

Professional fluency in English (additional local languages are a bonus)
