Tronic Web Agency is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully commission-based role, you will be responsible for finding and converting leads into clients who need high-quality websites that help grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients who need professional websites.

Generate and qualify high-quality leads through various channels (cold outreach, social media, networking, etc.).

Present our web design services effectively and close deals.

Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.

Familiarity with web design or digital marketing services is beneficial.

Comfortable working on a commission-only basis (high earning potential).

Compensation:
100% commission-based with competitive rates per closed deal.
