**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated **Founder’s Office Intern** to work closely with the founder(s) on strategic and operational priorities. This is a fully **remote** role designed for someone eager to get hands-on experience in startup operations, business strategy, and decision-making processes. You’ll wear multiple hats and work across functions like growth, research, fundraising, product, and internal ops.
**Responsibilities**
* **Strategic Initiatives:** Support the founder on high-impact projects such as partnerships, new market assessments, or investor research.
* **Market & Competitor Research:** Conduct deep dives into industries, trends, and potential business opportunities.
* **Decks & Docs:** Help prepare pitch decks, strategy docs, reports, and investor communications.
* **Internal Operations:** Assist with planning, scheduling, task tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
* **Data Analysis:** Gather and analyze key metrics to help drive data-driven decision-making.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to help execute and monitor projects.
**Who You Are**
* A student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
* Self-starter who thrives in remote environments with minimal supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and basic analytics.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Prior startup or consulting/investment experience.
* Design or presentation skills (Figma, Canva, PowerPoint).
* Technical or no-code tools knowledge (Airtable, Zapier, Webflow, etc.).
