Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Corporate Training Sales to drive business growth by selling employee training programs to companies, industries, manufacturing plants, and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with HR and L&D (Learning & Development) professionals, and closing deals to expand our corporate training footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target potential corporate clients, industries, and manufacturing plants for employee training programs.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase training offerings.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, L&D managers, and decision-makers.
Serve as the key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insights and feedback to improve training programs and sales strategies.
Stay updated with the latest developments in corporate learning and employee training needs.
4. Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in alignment with company policies.
Ensure timely closure of deals and follow up on payment collections.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with the training delivery team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized training solutions based on client requirements.
Assist in marketing initiatives, including webinars, promotional campaigns, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or a similar role.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
Preferred Industry Experience: Corporate Training, EdTech, HR Solutions, or B2B Sales.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
