We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Female)
Location: Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Industry: Film Production (TV Commercials, Brand Films, 3D Animation, Motion Graphics)
Type: Full-Time On-Site Immediate Joiner

About Us:
We are a dynamic, creative-driven film production house based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Specializing in high-end TV commercials, brand films, 3D animation, and motion graphics, we partner with top brands and agencies across India and internationally. We're expanding our team and looking for a smart, stylish, and socially savvy Business Development Manager to be the face of our brand.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, brands, and marketing heads
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Present pitches, company profile, and showreels to potential clients
• Manage incoming business inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
• Keep track of market trends and opportunities in the media/film space
• Represent the company with confidence and class in meetings and networking events

Who You Are:
• A female candidate with excellent spoken English and a strong command of communication
• Well-groomed, stylish, and confident someone who leaves a lasting impression
• Young, dynamic, and ambitious, ready to hustle and grow with the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and overall tech-savvy
• A natural at networking and building meaningful professional connections
• Based in or around Navi Mumbai, or willing to commute to Sector 10, Kharghar

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Work from our Kharghar office (No WFH)

Compensation:
