Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru branch, ensuring smooth functioning.
Manage the store inventory, stock movement, and inward/outward material tracking.
Handle basic billing, invoicing, and quotation preparation using software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
Attend to walk-in customers, explain products, and assist in closing sales.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch and deliveries.
Maintain daily sales, stock, and operational reports for the branch.
Supervise and manage a store helper, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Assist in setting up and organizing the branch’s initial operations.
Perform any other administrative and support tasks as required.
Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing software (Zoho Books, Tally, or any similar system is a plus).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
Basic computer skills – MS Office, email handling, and report management.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the branch's day-to-day activities.
