Job Overview

Job Description

• To monitor and maintain efficient and uninterrupted operations on LCNG fueling station.
• To plan and execute LCNG preventive maintenance.
• To attend and resolve complaints/breakdowns and maintenance within house maintenance skills.
• Hands-on experience is needed in cryogenic pumps and other related equipment installed in LNG process area.
• To operate Cryogenic Pumps and other equipment whenever needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. (Cryogenic Equipment to be operated through SCADA and through Manual provisions.)
• Monitoring and controlling LCV/HCV movements
• Attend and involve in CNG/LCNG asset maintenance activities.
• Co-ordinating with LCV/HCV supervisor/contractor for smooth fleet operations management.
• Check and verify the LCNG/CNG log sheet.
• Monitoring, reporting and resolving any abnormalities at LCNG station.
• Monitoring alarms/notifications in SCADA system.
• Co-ordinating with local maintenance team of OEM for day-to-day maintenance/breakdown activities related to CNG equipment.
• Assisting in preparation of CNG O&M reports.
• Monitoring and restricting station shutdown hours with good skills in attending breakdown and maintenance on ground with maintaining safe working environment.
• Attend and manage any emergency on ground occurred at LCNG/CNG station.
