DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Dirty Red Café is a thriving inner-west café dedicated to serving the best coffee & brunch alongside genuine hospitality. We currently have two venues located at Glebe and Rozelle. We are on the look out for an enthusiastic team player with solid hospitality experience to join our crew!

Tasks include
-Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standard of quality and presentation
-Assistance in planning regular menus and specials
- Order food supplies and regular updating and checking of food costs in relation to new menu items
-Assistance rostering of kitchen team on a weekly basis
-Following hygiene safety guidelines in accordance with local council outlines, including training and guidance for team members during service
-Food safety supervisor certification
Skills & Qualifications required
- Recognised qualifications in commercial cookery and hospitality.
-Food safety supervisor certification
-Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
