Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate job applications and conduct technical interviews to effectively assess and shortlist qualified candidates.
2. Screen and filter applications to identify top talent that aligns with the company’s requirements and culture.
3. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the team.
4. Contribute to enhancing the work environment by promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
5. Regularly review employee performance and activities to track progress and ensure alignment with company objectives.
6. Provide comprehensive performance feedback to employees, offering insights for improvement and growth.
7. Support senior HR managers in researching, drafting, and implementing policies that promote a healthy and productive workplace.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields.
2. Can work a HR2000 System.
3. Must live in Cyberjaya
