Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, providing essential support to our team and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries
• Coordinate calendar scheduling for meetings and appointments
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
• Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Assist with basic HR tasks including on boarding new employees
• Provide administrative support to department heads as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• Administration Diploma or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
