Job Description
Greets and welcomes visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answers, screens, and forward phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
Manages incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries
Handles inquiries and provides general information about the organization.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the office Manager.
Qualifications:
College graduate
With at least 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with office equipment, such as telephones, printers and fax machine.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
