• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Magnite’s products and services to provide accurate information.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service platforms is beneficial.
