Quality inspector
Qualification : ITI, Diploma Mechanical
Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 year in the sheet metal industry.
Job description:
1. Inward Quality Inspection of the mechanical component. PDI verification.
2. QC inspection as per drawing by using appropriate instruments.
3. Knowledge of instrument such as vernier, multimeter, thickness gauge, Go No Go gauges
4.Coordination with production, store and purchase team
5. Escalate the primary level issues to the supplier.
6. Knowledge of 5S, CAPA, kaizens
7. Problem solving techniques.
8. Well behaviour, Better verbal and written communication
