5/6 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst, Business Requirements, Agile Methodology, Written Communication, Acceptance Testing, Business Analysis, Scrum (Software Development), Detail Oriented, User Story, Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Systems Analysis, Functional Requirement, Requirements Elicitation, JIRA, Functional Specification, Influencing Skills
Coordinates day to day activities of business analysis engagements. Acts as a top level specialist for business analysis and organizes reporting and data management activities.
Designs and develops industry leading solutions for the business analysis work area designed to achieve operational, functional, and business targets.
Acts as a top level specialist working closely with a team of associates to compile and analyze large amounts of business data, condensing output into a user friendly format for review by business leaders.
Facilitates discussions pertinent to analytical reports and business trends to effectively deliver on actionable key performance indicators for successful outcomes against established targets and objectives.
Authorizes Business Analysis projects and associated team priorities based on key stakeholder directives to establish the model framework for business development, reporting, testing, and implementation for optimal deliverables.
Advises on Business Analysis requirements and key objectives, drawing on industry proven best practices to identify areas of concern within the business analytics department for swift resolution.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
