Overview:

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking experienced Technical Research Analysts with a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science (CSC), Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Mechanical (MECH), Biotechnology (BIO TECH), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related engineering disciplines. As a Technical Research Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to support engineering projects, product development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis: Conduct technical research and data analysis in specific engineering fields (CSC, ECE, EEE, MECH, BIO TECH, AI, etc.).
Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and research papers.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and verify technical information.
Communication: Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly for different audiences.
Documentation: Ensure high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all research documentation.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in relevant engineering fields to improve research quality.
Qualifications:

Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical research, analysis, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with research tools.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them clearly.
Experience in generating research reports, technical papers, and presentations.
