Work Summary - This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Sales Manager for
(FMCG, Namkeen & Snacks and Healthy snacks manufacturing org. ) located in
Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team,
creating MIS, and smooth functioning of sales backend team. The Sales
Coordination Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with
clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking sales performance, and
collaborating with other teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales team Management:
Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sale staff including SO,
ASM, RSM through Bizom and making regular calls to distributors.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and
regularly monitor and report on their performance.
Managing entire customer life cycle, by managing all tastsk from customer
onboarding, order booking, billing, to dispatch and continuous customer
