RF Technician
Dallas, Texas (onsite)
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
6-12 months contract with possible extensions

Role/ Responsibilities:
• RF Technician responsible for testing and characterizing microwave and mm-wave device
• Understand the test specification and characterization document of discrete semiconductor, microwave, and mm-wave device
• Setup, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot test setup and/or assemblies
• Process raw data from test instruments and perform data analysis using standard data analysis tools
• Generate and publish technical report based on the finding to the project leads
• Recommend technical solution to the problem in test setup and measurements

Skills Required:
• Experience in microwave and mm wave test parameter measurements as Bench technician
• Experience in working with metallic waveguides
• Experience in using RF instruments (Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Signal Spectrum Analyzer (Scalar/Vector), RF Signal Generator (Scalar/Vector), Power Meters)
• Experience in using Semiconductor parametric analyzer like B1500
• Experience in using micro probe test stations
• Experience in testing product in wafer level and package level test
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting microwave, mm wave test setups and assemblies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment is a must
• Experience in data analytics
