Experience:

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in analysis and definition of security requirements.
A minimum of three (3) years experience leading or managing cybersecurity analyst teams including the review and approval of their work products and reporting to executive management.
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
At least five (5) years of specialized experience in defining computer security requirements for high level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities, and developing solutions to Multilevel Security (MLS) problems.
Be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cyber Forensic Professional (CCFP).
At least two (2) years practical experience with implementing NIST CSF and/or NIST RMF including NIST 80053 controls.
Specialized Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of successful project management experience in IT related cybersecurity projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
