Job Description

A local firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity. You will answer phones, use Microsoft Word and Excel to generate letters and reports, handle confidential information, and perform solid follow-up and follow-through. Hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior administrative assistant or general office experience, must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel, must be a self-sufficient, self-starter with a positive upbeat attitude, must have good writing skills and be comfortable generating letters and reports, must have strong follow-up and follow-through skills, must be able to multi-task with the ability to easily switch gears, must be able to get along with people with multiple personalities, must have a solid work history with no attendance issues, and must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
