CADD ENGINEER - Pressure vessels designing VESSELSrnrnSimilar jd for cadd engineer rnWork location : infantry road Bangalore rn• Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with “minimum” 3 - 5 years of experience PlantrnLayouts & piping design of in process plants.rn• Knowledge of a 3D modelling software for plant layout & pipe design is a mustrn(preferably Autodesk Plant 3D will be an added advantage)rn• Hands on experience in AutoCAD software is a must.rn• Strong experience in routing the Indoor and outdoor piping as well as in chutes design,rnduct routing in a chemical / Solid handling process plants.rn• Thorough knowledge of standard specifications and codes for piping (e.g. ASME, EN etc.)rnand of technical specifications for piping, fittings, accessories (e.g. valves,rninstrumentation) and assemblies.rn• To work/handling the tasks with little supervision.rn• Proactive with excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills.rn• Experience in EPC companies will be an added advantage.rn• Working knowledge of MS office will be an added advantage.rn• Site experience in plant erection is an asset.rn• Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset.rn• Good Communication/ coordination skills for smooth working.rnJob Description:rn• Reports to the Team Leader/TM.rn• Capable of doing the Plant Layout, pipe / duct routing independently with minimumrninstructions once the necessary information (P&IDs, Layout, Foundation, Steel,rnEquipment Orientation drawing) is made available.rn• Assumes/drafts piping / duct routings for each process section considering all aspects ofrngood engineering practices.rn• Good experience in developing plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout & pipingrnisometric.rn• Knowledge of Pipe supports, Vendor drawing review, nozzle orientation check, bill ofrnmaterial.rn• Hands on experience in 3D modelling of equipment, steel, piping & ductingrn• Should be ready to take part in site survey as need arises.rn• Completes accordingly and accurately the piping drawings & can find out the bill ofrnmaterial (quantities of pipes, fittings, accessories, etc.) that is required to complete thernpiping at site.rnrn
