• The Finance Operations Lead MADJV( Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Joint Ventures) will lead the routine operations of the designated end to end financial transition activities within the assigned regions as part of a cultural shift in the company s organizational, operational and stakeholder model in the shared services space

• In this role, you will build and handle robust business relationships with key partners such as corporate development, technical accounting, finance operations, treasury, tax and customs, insurance and legal teams with a focus on MADJV activities
