Full Job Description
The individual will be working at Brijwasi Sweets, one of the leading family run Sweets & Savouries business based out of Mumbai. As an Operations Manager the job profile consists of the following responsibilities:-

1. Complete knowledge of brand products (training will be provided)

2. Good understanding of our daily retail store operations, good practices and implementing the same in Cloud Kitchens (training will be provided)

3. Responsible for ensuring Inventory Management at our partner cloud kitchens and ensuring they are packed and served as per brand guidelines to online brand delivery riders.

4. Monitoring daily operations at partner cloud kitchens for our products and ensuring good practices are being regularly followed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Responsible for manpower training and development
Good time management and planning skills
Good communication and written skills
Should be able to analyse data and measure store performance
Should be confident, quick and efficient in making decisions
Knowledge and understanding of accounts
Good communication and written skills
Prior experience in Food / Hospitality preferred
Prior experience in Retail Shop / Customer Handling required
Residence in Mumbai (only hiring candidates who live in Mumbai)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
